GOBRES LAGI....
Salam,
I am at Gobres House again today, Sunday 13/03/2011.
Thank Allah for the brisk business today. Beside the ever popular satay gobres, d pepes is quite a hit today. Among the Malay kuih, seri muka and koci are in good demand.
Towkei Rokha paniced when customers starts to order drinks, which we have not really started. Anyway we managed to serve iced-milo, iced lemon tea, teh-o, and teh-o-ice.
I guess we are ready to provide catering services now.

GOBRES 2011
Salam --
I am trying to re-start my postings again. It is tough though, especially when you are a retired old gentleman. You are being complacent all the time. Always procastinating in all your endeavours.
But,
I am determined to get back into the lifestyle which I was before, starting today. It is almost 11 months into my retirement. Enough is enough.
In today's posting, I wanna introduce you Gobres House. It is a satay cafe located at the R& R
(Southbound) of the Second Link -- the highway connecting Malaysia and Singpore via Gelang Patah in Johor. It was operated by my wife for more than 10 years.
I would'nt want to boast. But TRULY Gobres House serves the best satay in the world. Come and try. If you feel I'm wrong, I give you a free treat. Promise....
Of late we are introducing local Malay kuihs. We have the famous koci, serimuka, kole kacang ,and more. Also, we assure you that you will come back for more.
Ah, before I forget, we recently introduced the pepes ... something like otak-otak, but belive me, much much better than the otak2.
